You are signing up for "Intake Services" which means after a short call queue (less than 45 seconds on average), agents will answer a unique telephone number, document non-support-related calls, field support-related phone calls and turn new inquiries into tickets in your PSA, field and relay inbound sales inquiries to your sales staff, and refer other information to callers as available. We will monitor a designated chat widget for similar inbound inquiries, as well as monitor and clarify new tickets that enter our designated support queue/service board unannounced. 8am to 5pm in your time zone. 1500 seats supported
