Extended Hours is an offering that is an additional charge with our Professional service. It extends your support from Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm in your local time zone to Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm EST. Additional Charges Apply.

HELPDESK.TECH STARTER PACKAGE

Price:

Monthly Subscription. The Starter Package means tickets will be assigned to the general technician pool, and served by the first available technician. It includes PSA Integration, same day/next day average resolution, and includes 10 tickets per month. $30/ticket thereafter.
